How Can I Replace A Product From TheBeauty Garage?
At The Beauty Garage you can easily replace a product without any hassle with a few points of consideration. The product should be in the same condition as received (unused, boxed pack). Be sure the seal is not cracked or damaged if it is existent.
The customer is responsible for returning the product to us, and when our staff has investigated it, we will transfer the request for a replacement or exchange to the appropriate division (Note: Delivery charges will be paid by the customer)
