Return & Exchange Policy

At The Beauty Garage, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we're here to help.

1. Exchange Request

To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Support Team within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Eligible Products

Products are eligible for exchange only if they:

Are unused and unopened
Remain in their original sealed packaging
Include all original labels and accessories (if applicable)

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

The product
The packaging
The shipping label (if applicable)

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or provide an appropriate resolution.

4. Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup service is available in selected areas only and is subject to courier availability.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, customers may be required to return the product using a courier service.

5. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), The Beauty Garage will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other approved exchanges, customers may be responsible for the shipping charges.
6. Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds.

Once the returned product passes inspection, customers will receive a store voucher equal to the purchase value of the product. The voucher can be used on any future purchase and will be applied at checkout.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

Opened or used beauty products
Products without original packaging
Gift cards
Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or incorrect)
